My Approach to problem solving

I'm enthusiastic about taking on local projects that have the potential to enrich our community and meet the specific demands of the local market. Over the course of my career, I've been involved in securing financing, overseeing development, and managing the operations of various ventures, including restaurants, wine bars, hotels, residential real estate projects, and mixed-use facilities.

I'm known for being quite hands-on in my projects, from the initial identification of needs to conceptualizing solutions, creating and implementing development plans, and ultimately, the day-to-day operations. Correctly identifying opportunities and executing effective operational strategies are indeed the linchpins of any successful business venture.
